All orders are made to order and fulfilled within 2 weeks of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $200 AUD. For orders under $100, a small shipping fee applies and will be calculated at checkout.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Pre-order items are non-refundable once production has begun.
