At Exitus, we want your gear to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Shipping Rates
We ship worldwide at flat rates based on weight. Heavier items will increase proportionately.

Processing Time
Standard items (not marked as pre-order): Ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Pre-order items: Ship within 4–6 weeks of ordering — 3–4 weeks for production, plus 1–2 weeks for quality checks and packing.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and may vary due to customs processing, high demand periods, or events outside our control.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in your order or shipping cost.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Exitus isn't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Spot an error? Email us ASAP at exitusclothing@gmail.com and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
Exitus isn't liable for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked delivered by the carrier. If this happens, contact us and we'll help you lodge a claim with the courier.
